Collection of your information

If you are a client who undergoes our non-surgical cosmetic aesthetic treatments, we collect information that is necessary and relevant to provide you with medical care and for the treatment and management of our practice.

This information may include your name, address, date of birth, gender, health information, family history, credit card, direct debit and contact details.

These details are safely stored on our computer and medical records system.
Wherever practicable, we will only collect information from you personally. In medical emergency situations, we may also need to collect information from your relatives, friends or medical practitioner. 

We may be required by law to retain medical records of your treatments. This includes photography for medical documentation purposes only. Please note - photographs will never be shared to the public without prior written and verbal documented consent from the patient.

Your personal and medical information is only shared when required for medical and treatment purposes only. We will treat your personal information as strictly private and confidential. We will only use or disclose it for purposes directly related to your care and treatment, or in ways you would reasonably expect that we may use it for your ongoing care and treatment.
